Naida Rutherford, DNP, APRN-BC Richland County Coroner
Policy:
It is the policy of the Richland County Coroner’s Office (RCCO) that all employees must operate vehicles in a safe manner. Any collision in which a Richland County vehicle is involved must be reported and documented.
